Prepare Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring components and accessories are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
