How do I choose the right frame size for my height?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Generally, size is determined by your height and inseam; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more control or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer professional assembly for shipped bicycles?
Yes. While our bikes are shipped 85% assembled, we have partnered with local bike shops nationwide to offer professional assembly services that you can add to your order at checkout.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutritional products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on customs processing. All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your carbon fiber frames covered under warranty?
Absolutely. All Bicycle Collective frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from crashes, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
